I have experience in most Mooney aircraft, from the M20C with the mechanical landing gear to the latest Mooney Acclaim Type S (M20TN) with the G1000 avionics. I enjoy flying the Mooney and I disagree with the hangar tales out there (probably by pilots who have not flown one) that claim a Mooney is more difficult to fly or land than any other airplane. It simply is a laminar flow airplane and needs to be flown as such.
